Everything you need to know about your Smiley Jump rental

Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.
Does the standard 5 hour rental time include your set up time?
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, it would be communicated the day before.
Are the inflatables clean?
Absolutely. Inflatables should be cleaned and sanitized after every usage. If we do not take care of the inflatable at the warehouse, we will do it on-site after we set up.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. We require an outlet within 50 to 100 feet of the unit or a generator. We bring our own heavy duty 12 gauge extension cords to prevent circuit breaks.
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
We love parks, but most do NOT have electricity. You must rent a generator (which we offer at a reasonable cost). Also, parks are first come, first serve, so get your spot early!
What payments do you take?
Residential Bookings:
• 20% Deposit (Credit Card)
• Balance via Cash, Credit, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash-App.
*Checks not accepted for residential.
Organizations (Schools, HOA, Corp):
• Checks & ACH
• Credit Cards
• Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash-App
What if we need to cancel?

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all orders require 20% deposit, except it’s agreed different with company management.
RAINCHECK: Deposit if fully usable for a 1 year from the booking date.

CANCELATION SAME DAY BEFORE 7am: Fully refundable minus 3.5% credit card processing fee.

CANCELATION SAME DAY AFTER 7am OR AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY: Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and it will be used to cover labor, but not business loss.🙏
How big are the jumps and what space is needed?
Standard bouncers are 15x15ft and require a 17x17ft area. We have units ranging from toddler 8x8ft up to 160ft obstacles. Please check the specific size chart for your unit. If the team arrives and the unit does not fit, the deposit will not be refunded.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We set up on Grass (preferred), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on rocks, as the rubbing damages the vinyl.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Are we responsible if the unit is damaged?
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, you are responsible for damage caused by negligence or failure to follow safety rules. Damage waivers are mandatory for public events and recommended for residential.
